To know Big Hoffa’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, you have to know the owner and founder, Adam Hoffman. Adam has a passion and a zest for life that impacts everything he does, and his barbecue is no exception! Never satisfied with the status quo, Adam strives for perfection in his recipes and will not settle for less than the best.

Back in California his friends would go crazy over his ribs and barbeque sauce. Now in Indiana, Adam has created some of the best smoked barbeque yet! His pulled pork sandwiches are to die for and his smoked pork ribs fall right off the bone, after being smoked for over 12 hours. The Beef Brisket is smoked for over 30 hours and the Pork is smoked for almost 25 hours.

And wait until you taste his beef jerky! It is made with 100% Filet Mignon and is some of the best tasting meat on this planet. He currently smokes two flavors of jerky using pear and cherry woods for taste. The two flavors he offers are Teriyaki and Spicy. Now this is not your average store brand beef jerky.

This stuff is slowly smoked for hours in small batches, then quickly fire smoked to bring out the flavor. It is extremely moist, delicious, and packed with flavor. It's gained so much popularity that Adam started selling it online to appease the jerky connoisseurs across the country!
