With new menu items such as "The Marley", Big Hoffa's is changing the culture of barbeque. The Marley is our newest item that contains pulled chicken topped with our new Caribbean white barbeque sauce and Habanero Cole Slaw. We are also working on other new menu items. Our test kitchen is working on a traditional "Bahn Mi" sandwich derived from the Vietnamese and French that has taken on many forms over the years. Topped with pulled pork and pickled vegetables, it will sure be a hit when completed.With great menu items such as The Buccaneer, The Hoffanator, The Butcher's Bill, The Davey Jones, and others, Big Hoffa's is changing the way people eat barbeque. We put our own twist on items that we already crave and love and are creating some wonderful combinations that will satisfy all senses of the taste buds.
